We can source properties as per your specification and forward you the property listings. On your short listing the properties you can have the site visit of the selected properties. Once you identify the property, we can do the due diligence and facilitate the negotiations with the prospective landlord. On finalising the terms & conditions of the transaction we can facilitate the documentation procedure if required. We ensure that the complete transaction is done in a transparent manner and by safe guarding the interest of both the leaser (Land lord) and the lessee (Tenant).
