Based on your specification we can forward you the property listing. On you short listing the properties you can have the site visit & select the properties. We can try to negotiate with the land lord to facilitate the transaction. On finalising the commercial terms & conditions we can facilitate the documentation procedure if required. We ensure that the complete transaction is done in a fair & transparent manner in order to safeguard the interest of both the land lord (leaser) & lessee (tenant).
